1) I just wasn't feeling excited about blogging. I needed time to rethink where I wanted my blog to go and what I wanted it to be. It was almost starting to feel like journal entries I had to do every week in college for my classes.
2) What the heck should I write about? I never know whether I should write about multiple interests or if that would water it down. Should I stick to only a few topics?
3) Inspiration for posts had escaped me and I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to feel forced into writing something just to write something. I wanted each post to be thought out and intentional.
So that being said, hello again! I'll be posting a DIY on my blog soon that I posted on my Instagram. I'm also working on a new project for the new year that I've been wanting to do for a while. More details on that later! It's something that's pretty special to me and I want to share it with others.

ReplyDeleteSometimes you need to take a break and clear your head! There is so much pressure in the blogging world to update every single day. I try my hardest to post M-F but if i'm just "not feeling it" I wont. I'd rather post sporadically, but let it be meaningful, quality posts than post every day with junk! Glad you're back :)
